Octavia: Skoda has launched its new Onyx edition in India. The petrol version is priced at Rs 19.99 lakh and the diesel is priced at Rs 21.99 lakh. The Octavia Onyx will be available in three colors: Race Blue, Corid Red and Candy White.

Meanwhile the engine remains unchanged. The vehicle is powered by a 1.8-liter turbocharged petrol engine and a 2.0-liter diesel engine. The petrol engine is powered by 178bhp and 250Nm of torque. The diesel engine delivers 141bhp of power and 320Nm of torque. The gearbox is a 7 speed dual clutch in petrol and a 6 speed dual clutch in diesel. It does not include the 6-speed manual transmission option.
Skoda offers 15.1 kmpl in petrol and 19.5 kmpl in diesel. The Octavia Onyxia has six airbags, adaptive front lighting system, ABS, EBD, brake assist, ESC, mechanical brake assist, multi-collision brake, hydraulic brake assist, anti-slip regulation and electronic differential lock.
