Launching an updated version of its PlayStation VR headset, Sony informed that it would now be referred to as the PS VR. The device is marked with the addition of a whole new set of features such as the new processor, which allows users to watch HDR content supported by the PlayStation 4; now users won’t be required to disconnect the headset from the console.
Sony has also re-positioned the headphone jack and featured a thinner cable for connections to the PlayStation console. It is learnt that this new product from Sony, is compatible with all the available PS VR content.
However, Sony hasn’t announced the date at which the product reaches markets. According to the reports, it is been said that this updated PlayStation VR headset is going to be part of a new bundle with the PlayStation Camera in Japan; the whole unit is expected to be priced at $400.
