Justice Hariharan Committee has submitted their report over the formulation of new medical courses and medical seats in the state. The report has now been sanctioned by the academic council of Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). The report was also been submitted before the Governing Council. It was in line with the Kerala High Court order easing the norms over govt. NOC in establishing new colleges and courses, which Justice Hariharan Committee was constituted.
The Committee report commented that new courses should be established considering the scope and nature of the geographical location as well.
