Reliance Industries Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani has topped the list of top 10 billionaires in the world. According to the Bloomberg Index, Mukesh Ambani has assets worth Rs 5.44 lakh crore ($ 72.4 billion). With this, Ambani has overtaken Google founder Larry Page, Tesla chief Elon Musk, Oracle Corp chief Larry Erison and the world’s richest man, Franോois Bettencourt mayors, to become sixth. Mukesh Ambani is the only Asian on the list. Ambani also defeated Chinese billionaires Tencent boss Pony Ma and Alibaba boss Jack Ma.
On July 13, Ambani’s assets rose $ 2.17 billion to $ 72.4 billion. He is also the richest man in India and Asia. Mukesh Ambani is all set to join the world’s top five richest clubs soon. It is known that Google will soon make a huge investment in Geo as well.
