The much-awaited festival of India, Ganesh Chaturthi, is being celebrated today that lasts for 10 days. The festival is celebrated with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm across the nation, especially in the western state of Maharashtra.
Mollywood celebrities including Mohanlal, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Keerthy Suresh too observed the festival.
Superstar Mohanlal decorated his home for the festivity, and also shared a picture taken on Ganesh Chaturthi, wherein he is seen decked up in an ivory kurta, and pants, and holding an idol of Lord Ganesha.
“Ganpati Bappa Morya! Ganesh Chaturthi Wishes,” Mohanlal tweeted.
Actor-producer-director Prithviraj Sukumaran too wished his fans and followers on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. “Happy Vinayaka Chaturthi!,” he tweeted.
National award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh too observed the auspicious day with her dear ones. Posting a picture of her observing the puja, Keerthy penned, “New beginnings. May all the new journeys you take on this auspicious day become successful ..Happy Vinayagar Chaturthi .”
Unni Mukundan also extended his greetings.
