It was from Amrita Hospital, Ernakulam, that the star has received the vaccine.
After taking the first shot of the Covid vaccine, the star has maintained that getting vaccinated is not for just individual safety, but is essentially for the wellness of the society. He also requested people to be part of the vaccination procedure, without any hesitation. Mohanlal thanked government of India, companies that produce vaccine, and the medical fraternity, for their service. It was no secret that, initially, most people were sceptical of trying the vaccine. However, with more and more popular and powerful people taking the vaccine, the fear factor seems to have reduced significantly. Right now, the country is having its second stage of vaccination – which is meant for people aged above 60 years and morbid people above 45 years of age.
