With Xiaomi launching Mi TV 4C series, the Television industry is all set to witness the trend which the smartphone industry witnessed in the past. An upgraded version of Mi TV 4A series, this 43 – inch TV sports 1GB RAM, while there is an 8GB internal storage facility available. Launched only in China, the model is accompanied by a 55 – inch version, which has 2GB RAM besides that of an 8GB internal storage. Both the models are respectively priced at CNY 1,849 and CNY 2,649.
The device is powered by a quad – core Amlogic T962 64 – bit chipset, supporting Dolby, connectivity options such as Wi – Fi, Bluetooth 4.2. It is been reported that the Mi TV 4C would have a blue light reducing mode, which translates into reduced eye strain problems for viewers.
