Chennai: Actor Mansoor Ali Khan suffered a heavy blow in the defamation case filed against actress Trisha and others.
The Madras High Court dismissed the defamation case filed by Mansoor against Trisha, Chiranjeevi and Khushbu.
The case was dismissed by imposing a fine on Mansoor Ali Khan. The court criticized that Mansoor approached the court with the case for fame.
The court imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on Mansoor. And transfer the money to Atyar Cancer Centre

Mansoor had also filed a case against National Commission for Women member Khushbu and actor Chiranjeevi in the Chennai court.
Mansoor’s misogynistic remark against Trisha during an interview related to the movie ‘Leo’ was controversial.
After Trisha responded on the issue, Chennai police registered a case against the actor.
Later, Mansoor apologized. However, Mansoor’s argument is that he did not speak abusively to any woman and that the three made defamatory remarks against him without understanding the facts.
With this, Trisha also commented that no action should be taken against the actor.
Mansoor Ali came with a defamation case against Trisha when he thought the controversy was over.
Mansoor had said that Trisha could not be put to bed like Khushbu and Roja were put to bed in an earlier film and there were no rape scenes in Leo in any of the films he had done.
Mansoor had said that he expected to see the bedroom scene for sure and wished for it.
