Indian automaker Mahindra is supporting the country’s fight against coronavirus. Construction of ventilators is progressing and the construction of face shields for health workers at Mahindra’s Kandivali plant will commence from tomorrow.
Mahindra & Mahindra Group Managing Director Pawan Goenka shared this on Twitter. Ford’s partner in Mahindra Ford has provided the model of the face shield. 500 face shields of the same design will be manufactured tomorrow. He also tweeted that more shields will be ready in the coming days.
