The girl maricha incident in Kollam is a case that is causing a lot of controversy in Kerala. The girl did so after her fianc withdrew from the marriage. There has been a lot of protest on social media on this issue. The Justice for Ramsey group says big fights will take place if the perpetrators are not arrested and arrested as soon as possible.
Serial actress Lakshmi Pramod is the main accused in the case. Her husband’s brother is the first in the case. Lakshmi Pramod helped Ramsey get an abortion while she was pregnant before marriage. Hence the need to add Lakshmi and Prathi to the case.
But now the court has ruled in favor of the serial actress. The court has said that the actress should not be detained till October 6. The actress was granted anticipatory bail by the court.
The case is being investigated by the state crime branch. Earlier, the lawyer who appeared in court had said that he would oppose anticipatory bail to get justice for the girl. But now the Justice for Ramsey group is preparing for more protests following the rejection of the petition.
