The state government has postponed all examinations to be held till 31st of this month. This is due to a nationwide lockdown extended to May 31st by central govt. The decision to postpone the exams was taken at a high-level meeting chaired by the chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan to discuss the fourth phase lockdown guidelines in the state.
The government had earlier decided to conduct the SSLC and Plus Two examinations, but with the new decision, the exam will be postponed. There will be an official announcement soon. The government has decided to conduct SSLC, Plus Two and VHSE exams from the 26th of this month.
The central direction was not to open schools and colleges or to conduct academic activities other than online till 31st May. It is also learned that the valuation of the answer paper cannot be continued.
