In view of the CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL, KARNATAKA STATE ROAD TRANSPORT CORPORATION(KSRTC) has made arrangements for operating extra buses in addition to the existing schedules to provide transport facilities to the traveling public from 21/12/2022 to 24/12/2022.
Special buses from Mysore Road Satellite Bus Station and Shanthinagar Bus Station in Bangalore will be exclusively operated to Kerala i.e, Cannanoore, Kozhikode, Ernakulam, Palghat, Thrissur, Kottayam, Thiruvananthapuram, etc. from 21/12/2022 to 24/12/2022.
Mostly we will introduce our new Sleeper multi AXLE Volvo buses by new year itself
The correct date is not fixed and also we are trying to make an interstate agreement between Kerala and Tamilnadu. Kerala has given a positive response but Tamilnadu till now didn’t get any reply
If it’s also positive we can operate more services by the coming new year onwards giving first priority to passengers by giving more ac Sleeper and non-ac Sleeper buses non-ac Sleeper especially to Kannur, Kozhikode.
We are given targets to our interstate counters and intra-state reservation counters for making commuters friendly and also thereby improving traffic revenue.
Passengers can book tickets in advance for these special buses.
Reserved passengers should note the place of boarding in their reservation ticket.
Passengers can book tickets through Reservation counters and online & also by mobile, logging on to www.ksrtc.in
A discount of 5% on the fare will be extended if four or more passengers book tickets in a single ticket, and a discount of 10% is offered on the return journey ticket if onward and downward journey tickets are booked simultaneously.
