UP Gangster Vikas Dubey was arrested by Madhya Pradesh Police at Ujjain. It was while he was going to the Mahakal temple, that he was identified by a security personal therein. As a result of the meeting taken place between Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, the gangers would be handed over by MP police to the UP police. The prime accused in the Kanpur Encounter case, Vikas Dubey has been the center of attention of the police forces in MP and UP.
Earlier, last day three gang members of Vikas Dubey were arrested by the Kanpur police. Out of which, one gang member was killed by police officials, when he tried to escape from the custody. Another gang member too was killed by police in an encounter today morning.
