Kerala has marked yet another 100+ day with a total of 195 new positive cases – the biggest single day figure till date. On the other hand, the number of samples that turned negative stands at 102. With this, the state’s total active cases have reached 1939, while 2,108 have recovered so far from the disease. Amongst those who have turned positive today, 118 are from overseas. 62 came from other states, while 15 got the disease through transmission. In a worrying situation for Malappuram, the district has marked 10 cases through transmission. Kollam (2), Ernakulam (1), Thrissur (1), and Kannur (1) are other districts that marked cases through transmission. The breakup of the districts with positive cases, is as follows
