India has registered yet another 20k plus daily count day figure. During the past 24 hours, a total of 22,252 fresh cases were reported in India. The country has also registered 467 new deaths during the last 24 hours. With this, the pandemic has claimed a total of 20,160 lives from India so far. The total number of Covid positive cases in India has also gone past 7 lakh figure. Till date, at total of 7,19,665 cases have been reported in India.
The total number of active cases in India stands at 2,59,557, whereas 4,39,948 have recovered from Covid 19. Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Delhi continue to lead India’s Corona chart. The total number of cases reported in Maharashtra has already gone past 2 lakh figure, with the state’s death tally standing at 9,026. India has managed to test a total of 2,42,430 samples till date and the total tests conducted by the country has gone past 1 Crore mark.
