This video was circulated in a bad way. Now Rashmika has clarified that she is not seen in this video but it is a deep fake video prepared by AI.
The actress also demands legal action in the matter.
“I am pained to have to talk about my deepfake video circulating online,
It’s scary. Today, as a woman and as an actor, I am grateful to my family, friends and well-wishers for protecting and supporting me.
But if this happened to me when I was in school or college, I can’t imagine how I would have coped with it.
We need to address this as a society and urgently before more of us are affected by this kind of identity theft,” Rashmika said.
Amitabh Bachchan has also come forward against this video. Actor Amitabh Bachchan has come forward on X platform demanding legal action by sharing parts of this video.
At the same time, it is said in the X post posted by Union Electronics and IT Minister Rajiv Chandrasekhar that strong action will be taken against this.
