Apple has confirmed the issue of some iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus devices having a disabled microphone. It was when the tech giant sent an internal document to Apple Authorized Service Providers, which the company had acknowledging the issue. Earlier, the issue was reported by a section of users that their iPhones – running on iOS 11.3 or later – were having disabled microphones in int.
While sending the document, Apple instructed the service providers to ensure that such devices were not connected to any Bluetooth or audio accessories. Apple informed that the devices would be serviced, even if they were out of warranty period.
