The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has come up with a report, which stated that as much as 30 percent of those who from containment zones in India, have already caught Covid. The study conducted by ICMR by collecting around 24,000 samples from around 70 districts in India, also suggests that several of them were asymptomatic and have become immune to the disease as well.
That suggest an even bigger picture of Covid in India, than that we have right now. However, on a positive note, the immunity of Indians against Covid, is reportedly getting higher. The case of India having several asymptomatic Covid patients, is expected to get reflected in the coming days, when the newly reported cases goes in the five figure region.
