Huawei and Airtel have announced that they have successfully conducted the 5G network trial in India. The trial, conducted at Airtel’s Network Experience Centre in Manesar (Gurugram), is the first such an attempt in the country towards a 5G ecosystem. While reporting the trial, company officials maintained that user had experienced a speed of more than 3Gbps. The speed is said to be the highest measured one for a mobile network in 3.5GHz band with 100MHz.
Top officials from Huawei maintained that the company would be focusing on collaborating with Bharti Airtel in developing a 5G ecosystem.
