Honor president George Zhao has commented that India would be driving vehicle of the company’s future business operations. Commenting on the light of the Q1 report of the company in the country, Honor chief opined that the company would be aggressively marketing in India in the coming years. During Q1, the company has experienced 146 percent growth in India and has turned out to be the fifth biggest brand in India.
The India first approach from Honor is sure to intensify the Indian smartphone industry, which is extremely price sensitive. Between the INR 10K – 15K range, Honor currently holds a three percent share.
