Honor Play 7C to sport dual camera and facial recognition

Wholly owned by Huawei, Honor is getting ready to launch a new smartphone on March 12. Already made its presence at TENAA certification site, the model is been dubbed as Honor 7C or Honor Play 7C. As was seen from the new teaser video released at the company website, the smartphone will be featuring dual camera as well as having facial recognition technology assisting the users.

The dual camera combination on the rear side would have 20MP sensor clubbed with that of a 13MP sensor. The front camera, reportedly, will have an 8MP sensor attached on it. Having a 5.99 inch HD display, the screen resolution of Honor Play 7C stands at 720×1440 pixels. There would be two RAM variants – 3GB/4GB. Backed by a 2,900mAh battery, Honor 7C is expected to carry a price tag of $249.99. Converted to the Indian standards, the price stands at INR 16,300.
