The BS6 Activa is similar to the previous model in form. The new model has more length, width and height than the old model. The new design features an LED headlamp, side stand indicator and external fuel cap to differentiate the BS6 Activa. Mileage details can be found in the new DG-Analog Instrument Console. The vehicle also comes with Idle Start Stop System to increase fuel efficiency. The company claims that the BS6 Active gets 13% more mileage than its predecessor.

The storage space under the seat is 18 liters. There is also a small storage space in front. The suspension features a telescopic fork with a new alloy wheel. Behind it is a three step adjustable shock absorber. The front has a 190mm disc on the front and a 130mm drum brake on the rear. Start the vehicle only when you hit the side stand. The Fuel Injection 124cc single-cylinder engine delivers 8.18bhp at 6500rpm and 10.3Nm of torque at 5000rpm. The new Activa has a bit less power than the carbureted BS4 Activa.
