BenQ, while launching the designer monitor PD2710QC, featured the world’s first USB – C docking station on a designer monitor. Besides a 27 inch QHD (2560×1440) IPS LED display, the model also has features like CAD/CAM, Animation, Darkroom modes. The modes are meant to meet the needs of designers.
Claimed to deliver 100% sRGB colour accuracy, PD2710QC also enables laptop charging, data transfer, internet connection, and that of audio – video transmission through a single USB – C cable. Set to have 5Gbps Superspeed USB – C connection, the device is able to deliver 61 watts of power to laptop or mobile phones. BenQ has priced the device at INR 62,500.
