GoPro Hero 6 Black action camera reaches Indian market

GoPro has come up with its latest device, the Hero 6 Black in USA. At INR 45,000, the device is a successor to the company’s Hero 5 Black. The device can be ordered through the company’s website. Having the company’s custom designed GP1 processor, the GoPro Hero 6 promises many features such as improved video frame rates, image quality, dynamic range and that of a better performance in low-light conditions.

 

The device records 4K videos at 60fps, while users will be able to shoot slow motion at 2.7K and 1080p at 120fps and 240fps respectively. Essentially waterproof, the device spots a rugged design. On the rear panel of the camera, you can spot a touch screen, which has zoom in feature. While the company offers to have better Wi-Fi connectivity, it is learnt that users can click a picture by giving voice commands to the camera. In order to speed up the file transfer rate between the GoPro and the phone, Hero6 is equipped with the feature of QuikStories.

 

Meanwhile, along with Hero 6 Black, comes GoPro Fusion – a 360-degree camera. According to the specifications given by the company, the camera is capable of shooting 360 degree videos of 5.2K at a rate of 30 frames per second. Already opened the booking process in USA, Canada, UK and a handful of EU countries, the device is been priced at $699.99.
