Google Play Store services will not be there for 32 bit apps

Google Play Store has reached in on terms with their guidelines for Android app developers. As per the revised guideline policies, Google Play Store will be stopping its service for 32 bit apps from August 2019 onwards. The move, according to the officials, is meant for improving the security and performance of the apps. The guideline policies further made it clear that all apps would have to achieve the API level 26 or higher by August 2018.

Meanwhile, the move from Google, though surprised many, however hasn’t created much a stir in the industry. With more than 40 percent of the existing apps having 64 bit support, the road ahead seems quite good enough for Google Play Store.
