Though launched last year, Google Assistant – HDFC tie up hasn’t kick started the operations. Now, the service seems to have started rolling. HDFC Bank customers would now have to ask Google Assistant for contacting ‘Eva’. By this time, you would be wondering who ‘Eva’ is. Well, ‘Eva’ is HDFC Bank’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Chatbox. Created by Bengaluru based Senseforth AI Research, Eva is claimed to deliver more than 85% of accuracy, while answering user queries.
So, from now onwards, if you wish to talk to ‘Eva’, then first you have to install Google Assistant app on your Android device. Just say ‘Ok Google, talk to HDFC Bank’. The rest is all up to ‘Eva’.
