General Motors Co is in search for an approval from the US govt. in terms of producing a fully autonomous car. The car, according to the company’s concept, will have no steering wheel, braking/accelerator pedal. If everything goes according to the plans, then the first batch of cars will reach market by 2019.
GM’s Cruise AV will have the assistance from the fourth generation self driving software and hardware from the maker’s part. Essentially the rebranded version of GM’s Chevrolet Bolt EV, the car will have many features incorporated with it, meant for assisting differently abled customers.
