While there are no official reports regarding the launching of Gionee S11, some tech blogs in China however have managed to crack into the company’s firewall. The pictures of Gionee S11, which were released by them gives a sneak peak to the way the product going to look like. Featuring an 18:9 aspect ratio, with thin bezels, Gionee S11 has got a fingerprint scanner on the backside. What appears to be an interesting addition this time from Gionee, is their decision in opting for a dual SIM support – giving way for a dedicated SD card slot.
Said to be powered by MediaTek’s MT6763/ Helio P23, Gionee S11 is rumoured to be having a RAM/ROM combination of 6GB/64GB. The dial rear camera is going to have a 16MP sensor, while the secondary one being 8MP. The selfie camera is going to be 16MP in sensory value. While the device is going to be officially launched in China by December, it has to be seen how long it takes to reach the Indian markets.
