Fitbit has announced launching its second smartwatch in the Indian market – Versa. The gadget is all set to go on sales in India from May 13 onwards. Fitbit has incorporated three different color options for Versa – ‘Black’, ‘Grey and Silver’, ‘Peach and Rose Gold’. The smartwatch would come adaptable for Android – iOS and Windows devices.
Made exclusive partnership with Amazon India, Fitbit Versa would also be made available across all the leading retail outlets. Apart from the regular one, Fitbit has also launched a Special Edition, which is priced at INR 21,999. The special edition features NFC based payment, though the service is yet to find an acceptable among the traditional banks in India. While launching the device, Fitbit also maintained that it would soon launch the first tracker device for kids, ‘Ace’.
