Burrows, Mohanlal’s directorial debut, will start shooting early next year. The film is produced by Anthony Perumbavoor under the banner of Ashirvad Productions. This will be a big budget film set on a large canvas.
Filming was scheduled to begin this year. However, the project was later postponed due to the corona virus outbreak.
Mohanlal is currently shooting for Drishyam 2 directed by Jeethu Joseph. After this, Mohanlal will be a part of the film directed by B Unnikrishnan. After this, Mohanlal will be directing his own film ‘Burrows’.
The team behind the film is the best team. Mohanlal’s daughter Vismaya will be one of the assistant directors in the film. Santosh Sivan will be the cinematographer of the film. Mohanlal felt that the film needed a good cinematographer as the film was made in 3D and a lot of emphasis was placed on graphics.
Mohanlal himself plays the lead role in the film. Mohanlal had earlier posted on Facebook that the film will also feature Spanish stars Pas പാvega and Rafael Amargo.
