Ducati India has launched the Multistrada 1260 in India, which got unveiled along with Multistrada 1260S. While the former has been priced at INR 15.99 Lakh, the latter comes with a price tag of INR 18.06 Lakh attached with it. Bookings are already open and company officials further maintained that the delivery of booked vehicles would commence by the end of June 2018. During the launching ceremony, company officials also maintained that the maintenance interval was extended to every 30,000 km; on the other hand the ‘Desmo Service’ and oil change could be availed at every 15,000 km.
Both the vehicles sport a 1262cc Euro 4 engine, which develops a top power of 158bhp at 9,750rpm; the peak torque figure stands at 129Nm at 7,500rpm. Both the Multistrada vehicles come with Vehicle Hold Control (VHC), Bosch Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) and to name the rest of the electronic features.
