The decampment of young actor Dhruv from Megastar Mammootty starring ‘Mamankam’, has invited attention from elsewhere. Well, the actor’s apparently forced exit from the movie, hasn’t gone well with director of ‘Mamankam’ – Sajeev Pillai, who has given good remarks for the young actor’s dedication and hard work. And now, actor Shammy Thilakan has come forward with a biting satiric facebook post to mock certain practices in Mollywood.
During the post, he commented that Dhruv has earned the right to get the monthly pension given by AMMA to non active artists in Malayalam film industry. He maintained that he himself had faced all these suboptimal experiences from the industry; Shammy’s post ended up on a consolation note to the young actor. In place of Dhruv, ‘Mamankam’ will have Unni Mukundan essaying the central role along with Mammootty.
