Delhi Minority Commission chairman Safarul Islam Khan Charged for Posting Provocative posts on Social media

New Delhi: Delhi Minority Commission chairman Safarul Islam Khan has been charged with treason. Delhi Police has filed a case against the post of provocative posts on social media. Zafarul Islam Khan posted that if Indian Muslims are persecuted in this way, they will complain to Arab countries and then it will be India’s downfall.

The case was filed by the IPC along with sections 124A and 153A. Two days ago, a resident of Delhi Vasant Kanj filed a complaint against Safarul Islam. The FIR alleged that his post was provocative and aimed at misleading and creating a rift in society.

Safarul Islam had apologized in the past on social media, saying that such a post is unwise.
