THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Secretary Tom Jose has said that the decision on the lockdown exemption will be decided by the Center. The decision of the state in the matter of central guidance on concessions will be made today. He said that the guidelines would be discussed after discussing the guidelines with the chief minister and other ministers.
