The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has held a special meeting on the grounds that exams and interviews are not possible in the context of the Covid 19 outbreak. The special meeting was to assess the situation after the second phase of the lockdown.
Following this, it was decided to postpone the civil service (preliminary) examination scheduled for May 31, 2020. It was also a screening test of the Indian Forest Service exam. The examination process of the Indian Forest Service has also been changed. The meeting will be held again on May 20 and the new dates will be published on the UPSC website.
When setting new dates for extension tests and tests, participants will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
