Bala paid 25 lakhs to Amrita that day. Bala’s attempt is only to show that he is holding the baby and kill Tejovaham; Amrita

Amrita, who is also his ex-wife, has come forward against the actor Bala. Amrita said that she did not show her daughter to Bala and that Bala is making accusations only with the intention of flattering her. Amrita also accused Bala of violating the agreements agreed upon during the divorce. Amrita’s response came with the lawyers. ‘The divorce was done with mutual agreement. As per the agreement both of them have agreed not to kill each other and not to commit suicide or post or publish such posts or publications. But it is in violation of this that Bala is doing against Amrita through social media.

One of Bala’s accusations is that she is not showing her daughter. The mother is the guardian of the child until the daughter reaches the age of 18. Bala is also allowed to see her daughter. Viewing is allowed on Saturday. It can be seen from 10 am to 4 pm, that too in the court premises. Accordingly, when Amrita and Amrita’s mother went with the child for the first time, Bala was not there that day. Amrita should be informed through the email address provided to the court or a phone call if unable to attend. If the child has not come, Amrita should be contacted by phone or mailed to bring the child next time. If this is not done, it is clearly stated in the agreement that there is no need to show the child’, the lawyers clarified. Amrita also stated that after the divorce, Bala did not call her on the phone asking her to show her daughter as per the agreement. The only thing that happened was to say that she does not show her daughter through social media. Not even once was a demand made under the agreement. Bala’s allegation is only to show that she is holding the baby and to commit suicide

According to the compromise petition, Rs 25 lakh was given to Amrita. He also has an insurance policy of Rs 15 lakh in the name of his daughter Avantika. According to this petition, the agreement does not provide for child rearing, education or marriage expenses. “The agreement states that the person who brags about being the father will not do this,” the lawyer said.
