Kerala has registered a total of 2,333 new Covid positive cases. The number of samples that turned negative stands at 1,217. With this, the total number of covid cases in Kerala has reached 50,253, while the state’s total active cases have reached 17,382. A total of 32,611 people have recovered from the disease. Amongst those who have turned positive today, 60 are from overseas, while 98 came from other states.
The state has registered 2,151 cases through transmission in the past 24 hours. Out of those who caught the disease through transmission, the sources of 53 are yet to be traced down. Incidentally, the state has also recorded 7 more Covid death cases, taking the tally to 182.
