At INR12,999, Xiaomi Mi Max 2 launched a new variant

To the surprise of all Xiomi fans, the company has launched a new variant of its product Mi Max 2.  The device will be available at a price tag of INR 12,999 as part of the introductory offer made by the company. Announcing the same via their social media corners, the company however hasn’t mentioned about the last date before which the introductory offer expires.

Going to be available exclusively through Amazon, Mi.com and Mi Home, this variant of Mi Max 2  has a 6.44-inch full HD display with 1080×1920 pixel resolution, while it comes with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 4. With Android 7.0 Nougat OS customized with Xiomi’s MIUI, Xiomi Mi Max 2 is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor; company claims to have a clock speed of 2GHz for the device. The 4GB of RAM, besides that of a 64GB of internal storage, makes Xiomi Mi Max 2 an attractive option in the aforementioned price tag.

As far as camera specifications are concerned, it has a 12MP rear camera aided with Sony IMX386 sensor that offers dual-LED flash feature; the selife shooter is of 5MP. Supporting 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, infrared and USB Type C, it is the battery size of Mi Max 2 that outshines the rest. At 5300mAh, the battery with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge support, is capable of charging up to 68% within one hour of charging process.
