Facebook has recently made the service of posting Instagram stories directly in its platform. The feature is getting made available to WhatsApp as well. WhatsApp has introduced a test run of letting users posting the Instagram stories into WhatsApp. The stories can be used as WhatsApp status. It is quite like what we see in Snapchat, in which users can post photos, videos and GIFs with encryption.
In the process, WhatsApp uses the publicly available code, which will be integrated with the third party app; in this case, Instagram. WhatsApp users will now have an option to tap to share stories from Instagram sharing screen.
