Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menen teamed up for an upcoming Malayalam film titled 19 (1)(a). The film is directed by debutante Indhu VS and the makers dropped the first look poster, showing half faces of Vijay and Nithya in intense looks.
This will be the first full-fledged Malayalam film of Vijay Sethupathi. He had earlier played an extended cameo alongside actor Jayaram in Marconi Mathai. According to reports, the film might take on Freedom of Speech and Expression, the fundamental right guaranteed by Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution.
The film is produced by Anto Joseph Film Company, and Indrajith Sukumaran and Indrans will be seen in pivotal roles and Govind Vasantha will be composing the music.
