The controversy that 2 directors are making 2 films with the same script at the same time in Malayalam cinema has been burning for the last few days. Shaji Kailas’ Tiger starring Prithviraj and Tomichan Mulakupadam starring Suresh Gopi had the same script.
The issue later caused a great deal of controversy within the film and was later taken to court. The court ruled in favor of Prithviraj’s film.
The Tiger is produced by Listin Stephen under the Magic Frames banner. It is rumored that the film will be the grand return of director Shaji Kailas.
However, producer Tomichan Mulakupadam is adamant that he will not back down from the film. The court banned them from using the name Kuruvachan in Kaduvakunnu. Therefore, the name will be changed and the film will be released soon. Tomichan Mulakupadam himself shared this information through Facebook.
“On this Vijayadasami day, which is marked by the initials of knowledge, a huge title announcement is being prepared for the Malayalees which has never been seen before.
The title of the 250th movie of the beloved superstar of Malayalees Suresh Gopi will be released this evening at 6 pm by more than 100 celebrities.
Tomichan Mulakupadam added that there is no change in the story of the film and the cast. The first look poster of the movie was released for Suresh Gopi’s birthday.
Suresh Gopi’s complete comeback was the last film to be released. However, the film is said to be the return of action hero Suresh Gopi.
