Actress Swasika Vijay said that there were people in her family who used to summon a bitten snake. The actress said this in an interview given to Indian Cinema Gallery as part of the promotion of Vivekanandan Viralan, directed by Kamal.
‘My maternal grandfather was a poisoner. They have done it by summoning the bitten snake and causing distress. Swasika said that this has happened in my house and my mother is a witness.
A snake will come anywhere. But it is very bad for the family. That’s why one issue after another comes in that family later. This is why children of the next generation will suffer from mental retardation and skin diseases.
So after a certain limit it stopped. I haven’t seen any of this. My maternal grandfather used to do this. “He is dead and now no one is doing it,” Swasika said.
Swazika said this during an interview with Shine Tom Chacko. After hearing what Swasika was saying, Shine questions the actress.
When Shine Tom Chacko doubted whether the bitten snake is coming again, Swasika said, ‘Whatever the case, the snake is coming, it will get poisoned from the person who bit it, and then it will burn from the barn of our house.’
