R Madhavan’s directorial debut film ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’ is scheduled to release in theatres worldwide on July 1. The film has now cleared the CBFC censor process and it has been certified U/A. According to reports, the movie is set to run for 2 hours 37 minutes, a total of 157 minutes in six languages.
The film will be released in English, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam. It also features Ravi Raghavendra and Simran in the lead role and actors Suriya and Shah Rukh Khan have played cameo roles in the film.
Madhavan will be essaying the role of ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan in the film. Narayanan created effective liquid fuel engines before being detained and accused of spying.
