The first look of RJ Balaji’s directorial debut Mookuthi Amman, which he is co-coordinating with NJ Saravanan, was discharged the evening of February 29. The film, a return to the reverential movies of the 90s, stars Nayanthara in the job of Goddess Mookuthi Amman, and the principal look uncovered the entertainer’s look in the film.
While the gathering to the look has been to a great extent positive, there were a rare sorts of people who offered rude comments about the entertainer being thrown in the job of a goddess, making hidden reference to her impressive onscreen picture. One tweeter offered an injurious remark saying: “These imbeciles don’t have the good judgment to make sense of who should assume Amman jobs”.

RJ Balaji, who protested this remark, shot back saying, “Durgai Raj… the Goddess in your name should give you insight”.
In a meeting to us, RJ Balaji had disclosed to us that he needed “somebody with an overwhelming picture” to assume the job of the goddess. “I didn’t compose this job especially for Nayanthara, however I needed somebody of her stature… an on-screen character with that superb screen nearness,” he stated, and uncovered that it was an irregular call from the Lady Superstar that caused him to portray this content to her.
