Microsoft seems working well on making their offices and staff members competent enough to face the changed global scenario. As part of revamping their Redmond Campus in Washington State, Microsoft is planning to demolish the 12 buildings out from the total 125 buildings present therein the campus. At the same time, Microsoft would also be extending the available facilities in some 18 big offices.
Meanwhile, the work, which will approximately take 6 years to complete, will be equipped to house 8,000 more employees, besides those of the existing 47,000. That said, the company would be opening a new 2 acre open plaza that can accommodate 2,000 people. It must be read this time that both Apple and Amazon too are on an expansion spree these days.
