“Complaint made by Devananda’s father Jibin on behalf of Devananda before Hon’ble SHO – From an interview given to a channel only at my house as part of the promotional activities of my daughter’s latest film Goo Win, a few persons claiming to be creators have seen my daughter on social media without our permission with the aim of intentionally humiliating her on their Facebook, YouTube and Instagram channels and pages have downloaded only a part of the interview from the above channel and added their own video and spread it. Due to their actions, my ten-year-old daughter has suffered mental problems and has been deliberately humiliated in the society. These profile details are given on the next page. We humbly request you to delete the videos uploaded on this profile as soon as possible and take legal action on behalf of these persons”.
