Even today, the government continues to retaliate against Robin Buss. Robin bus services are operated as per the revised Central Motor Vehicle Act. Buses with All India Tourist Permits will be able to enter the stands, pick up and drop off passengers and run on the board, according to the revised central law.
Color code is also not applicable. Kerala is not an independent state to say that the revised central law does not apply to them alone. The owner of the Robin bus shows an unusual bravery because he clearly knows that the state government’s lot will be torn when the case comes before the court.
The new central law is actually giving a great opportunity to the youth in this field. Hundreds of youngsters can take All India Permit and start bus services with confidence. Another is that the KSRTC looting of Sabarimala can also be stopped.
