KEAM – Kerala Engineering & Pharmacy Entrance 2018 Admit Card Download Notification: Candidates who have applied online and submitted printout of application with supporting documents to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations for the Kerala Engineering/Pharmacy Entrance Examination 2018 which will be held on 23rd & 24th of April 2018 at different centres in Kerala and in Mumbai, New Delhi and Dubai, shall have to download their Admit Cards from 10th April 2018 through the link KEAM 2018-Candidate Portal provided on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. By giving the Application Number and Password of KEAM 2018, candidates can enter to their profile page. Then by clicking the menu item ‘Admit Card’ provided in the Profile page of the candidates, they can download their Admit Cards. Admit Cards should be produced for verification in the Examination hall for attending the Entrance Examination. Candidates without Admit Cards will not be permitted to attend the Entrance Examination. Colour printout of the Admit Card is preferable for proper identification of the candidates. Admit cards will not be available to candidates who have applied for Medical or Architecture courses only. But they can also enter to their Profile Page.
The Admit Cards have not been issued to candidates who have to remit balance application fee and also some candidates who have defects in their photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression uploaded during the submission of online application. The admit cards for candidates who have to remit balance application fee/Dubai Centre fee shall be released as and when the balance amount is paid by way of online payment. The Admit Cards of other candidates will be released only if correct photograph/signature/thumb impression is uploaded through the links concerned before 5 pm on 13th April 2018.
The candidates who have other defects in their submitted applications can view the defects in their application by clicking the menu item ‘Memo Details’ provided in the profile page. Moreover, the Printout of the Memo indicating the defects in the application and the proformas for rectifying them can be downloaded from the links concerned. A copy of the Memo thus generated along with the documents for rectification of defects have to be sent to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations before 5 pm on 17.04.2018. Documents received through Fax/e-mail will not be considered for clearance of defects in the application.
The personal details of candidates along with the details of reservation/other benefits as per the application submitted by the candidates will be displayed in the profile page of the candidates. Facility is also provided in the profile page for one time correction of Mobile number and e-mail ID through the menu item ‘Edit Contact Details’.
Candidates who have complaints, if any, regarding the details shown in the profile page may prefer their complaints with supporting documents to prove their claim to the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, 5th Floor, Housing Board Buildings, Santhinagar, Thiruvananthapuram before 5 pm on 17.04.2018.
The candidates who do not know their application number can get their application number by giving their Name and Mobile Number on the link Forgot Application Number provided in the Candidate Portal of the candidates.
