Kangana Ranaut has shared a glimpse from the sets of her upcoming directorial ‘Emergency’. The actress is essaying the role of former PM Indira Gandhi. From pooja to the muhurat shot, Kangana is seen owning the director’s chair for this one.
“Here is the making of the first look of my directorial movie Emergency, the first look took the nation by storm… thanks to my incredible team, everyday is a dream come true … I have some of the best people in the world… Go team Emergency,” the actress had captioned the video.
Kangana has got Academy award-winning make-up artist David Malinowski to help her transform into the former Prime Minister look in the film. This project is also her second directorial venture following ‘Manikarnika’, produced under her banner Manikarnika films.
‘Emergency’ is based on the life of late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Apart from it, Kangana is also coming up with ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’, which stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur in the lead roles.
