Today, the state received 91 new Covid cases. This is the first time in three days that the daily count in the state has dropped below three figure mark. The state also received 11 negative cases as well. A total of 88 cases are for those who came from; of these, 73 are from overseas. 15 came from other states, while 3 got the disease through transmission. 2 health workers from Thrissur turned positive through transmission. Incidentally, the state also witnessed 2 Covid deaths in the past 24 hours. Chalakkudy native Dini Chacko (41) and Engandiyur native Kumaran (87) succumbed to death.
